These are great opportunities for skilled operators who'd like to get their foot in the door with an established company that has many tenured employees. These are long-term permanent positions. Immediate direct hire!
Die Setup Operator Duties:
- Perform required operations to set up and operate machines
- Mount, align, and secure dies according to specs
- Observe machine operation and perform inspections of last and first piece to ensure batch consistency
- Start machines and inspect work
Die Setup Operator Qualifications:
- 3+ years of punch press setup experience
- Stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Good math skills
The right candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand all day. You will train on 1st shift and then move to second shift after 2-3 weeks.
Hours: 1st and 2nd shift available
Pay: $18 - $20/hr
