Welder (TIG) - Full-time / Part-time

Summary

Aerotek is currently looking for a TIG Welder for a 4-5 month contract. This position welds a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron and iron alloys. Must have experience connecting parts together as specified in engineering drawings. Grinds excess material to specified finish. Reads and interprets engineering drawings. Lay- out, fits up, and welds fabrications.

Description

• TIG welding for mostly stainless steel products/parts - 2 inch pipes.

• Working off of specs or drawings from engineering team.

Qualifications/Must Haves

• TIG experience
• Open to entry level with hands on experience from schooling/internship
• High/trade school certification diploma preferred, unless having 3+ year's experience doing TIG welding

Details

Shift:

1st Shift

M-F: 7:00am-4:00pm

Compensation: $18-22.00+ per hour, dependent on experience
