Facility Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

This person will be working on retail building for their maintenance needs. Candidates will get work order via an app on their smart phone each morning/week that will give them full schedule of the day/week. Candidate will then drive to each location, work with customer, complete work order and move on to next.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, hanging doors, fixing cabinets, changing light bulbs, or repairing walls.
There is a vehicle per diem daily of $35/day
Travel requirement is up to 65 miles from Minneapolis facility
There is an option for travel to larger projects out of state.
There will need to be scheduling done on their own to coordinate with the customer visits.
