Seasonal & Permanent Delivery Drivers Wanted!
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely drive a truck
- Ability to carry boxes (approx. 50 lbs) filled with groceries into customers homes
- Ability to pass a D.O.T. physical and D.O.T. drug test
- Availability to work on weekends
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old
- No CDL or special Driver's License needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- No previous truck driving experience needed for Seasonal but is required for Permanent
Compensation, Hours and Benefits: Peapod drivers are paid a starting hourly wage of $12.50 per hour for 1st shift + $1.00 differential if you have to work the 2nd shift. On top of this hourly wage, drivers also typically receive tips, giving drivers an average salary of $18-$20 per hour. Many opportunities for growth; we love to promote from within! Two shifts to fit your schedule!
- 1st Shift: 5:00 am until approximately 2:00 pm (The shift does not end until all work is completed)
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 pm until approximately 11:00 pm (The shift does not end until all work is completed).
