Job Description Summary:

Servers and makes drinks at the bar for the guests and servers.

Job Description:

Takes drink and food orders from guests or Bar Waiter/Waitress.

Serves alcohol responsibly and adheres to Washington State Liquor Laws.

Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.

Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.

Collects money for drinks and/or food served.

Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.

Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.

Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.

Replenishes bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts.

Knows the all day dining menu and preparations.

Works as a team player to maintain a courteous, professional and helpful attitude towards all guests.
