Customer service supporting one of America's most recognized fortune 500 organizations. A typical day will consist of order entry within an Online Web platform where you will be resolving errors (quantity, pricing, etc.) and handling between 30 and 50 incoming phone calls mostly within the account/department products you are supporting.
Customer Service Specialists will have both verbal and written correspondence with internal and external customers throughout the day and will be responsible for maintenance of orders, shipping tracking, pricing, and quantity. Calls range from simple to complex, where a simple request would be a customer asking when their product shipped. A complex call would be a customer asking why their order was not processed or fulfilled, in this case the Customer Service Specialist would have to problem solve and track down the issue needing to navigate through multiple systems.
