General Laborer/Wood Worker

Job Description: This candidate will be responsible for building custom wood racks and crates. They can range in size from a shoe box to the size of an SUV. They will be responsible for cutting the wood to length (have to read down to an 8th of an inch) and using a nail gun to assembly the boxes and crates. Work Environment: Work Environment: There are two warehouses. The candidates will be reporting to and working for this company. It is a 39,000sq ft facility with 4 docks. The candidates will be working in the "wood shop" - a section of the warehouse where they will be building custom crates. Qualifications: 1. Must be able to read down to an 8th on a tape measure
2. Use of hand tools
3. Must be able to lift 50 pounds Performance Expectations: They are expected to build 10 boxes a day. This is a fast paced environment. Interview Information: Go to work. Additional Compensation: Candidates will receive a 50 cent increase after 90 days and an additional 35 cents after a year. Additional Information: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm shift (1 opening)
Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:30pm (2 openings)

Have to be open to working weekends.

2 15 minute paid breaks / 30 minute nonpaid lunch.
