This position is open with the Manufacturing Engineering team for current assembly:

1. Day to day manufacturing engineering activities on the shop floor including small process improvement projects, maintaining quality, etc.

2. Using manufacturing/assembly engineering systems to monitor and improve processes

3. Monitor continuous improvement cards/board to determine whether projects and recommendations should be taken on or passed up.

4. Work with assembly personnel to improve process and increase output.

Qualifications:

1.Manufacturing Engineering Experience
Experience supporting and leading manufacturing processes in the weeds. Candidate must be comfortable working on the shop floor- candidate will not be tasked with projects other than assembly processes.

2. Assembly
Candidate must have a background in an assembly setting, preferably somewhere with torque tools and manual hands on assembly of product. Experience following visual aids and leading assemblers to produce quality product.
