Discover is hiring part-time entry level, Fraud Customer Service positions:

In this exciting part-time entry level, Fraud Customer Service position, employees work to strengthen our relationships with our valued Discover Card members. 

Candidates must have: A helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude. Plus an ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members. 

Little to no experience needed!   Promotion opportunities to a full-time position within ten to twelve months! 

Key Responsibilities:

Representatives in this Fraud position routinely engage card members for the purpose of verifying potential fraudulent activity on accounts identified as having potential suspicious activity identified by the various detection systems. Representatives initiate card member contact by means of an automated dialer and process late and trailing transactions on fraud status accounts, processing quick closes and processing zero fraud loss cases.

Communication Skills – must be able to speak clearly and use a customer friendly tone.

Interpersonal skills – must be able to relate to co-workers and manager, building a good rapport.

Accountability – ensure compliance with Fraud Operations policies and procedures, completing assigned workload

Achievement / Results Oriented – must be able to meet business goals outlined for the position.

Analytical Thinking – must be able to decision late transitions are fraudulent or the actual customers.

Customer Service Orientation – must possess a customer focus mindset.

Training:

Start date: 7/9/2018

3 weeks: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM

Schedule after training:

Part time, 29 hours (ROT weekends)

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (M-THU)

   7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (FRI)

Pay:

Starting Pay is $13.00/hr. When you promote to FULL TIME, pay will increase to $15.25/hour. You will have incentive bonus opportunities and benefits become available.
