About this job
Responsible for executing roles required for Ambassador. The particular roles and duties assigned on a daily basis may shift from day to day and within a shift based on store needs.
* Ability to enthusiastically greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks and service.
* Learn and be able to educate guests on the history, events, and points of interests in Little Italy.
* Responsible for various security functions related to alcohol service or refusal to serve.
* Responsible for continual communication with the door host, bartenders and management team to ensure safety throughout the building.
* Ability to support Team Members with table and service station cleanliness as needed.
* Ability to actively participate in assigned opening, continuous and closing side work.

* Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, covering shifts when necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts
* Show passion & commitment: demonstrates “can do,” positive attitude, passion for organization’s mission, and commitment to achieving goals and celebrates individual and team accomplishments.
* Ability to positively represent the brand within the restaurant

* Minimum age of 18 years old
* ServSafe Alcohol Certification; National Restaurant Association Education Foundation
* Food handlers card
Preferred
* Prior experience in restaurant or customer service role.
* Knowledge of Little Italy history and culture.
