In partnership with an industry-leading energy corporation, Headway Workforce Solutions is now screening applicants for multiple Production Worker positions in the Bloomsburg, PA area. This role is a basic, entry-level warehouse position involving assisting full-time employees with manufacturing processes.

Job Description

Production Workers are responsible for the production of material to specification requirements, as well as being responsible for the care and maintenance of warehouse equipment. This positions involves using various tools for measurement: micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gages, etc.

Routine Tasks Include:

  • Ensure daily set-up and operations of equipment are up to safety standards, and follow directions from the Crew Leader
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all work is performed according to company quality standards.
  • Prepare daily production reports and appropriate forms.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to stand 70% of the work day.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and move up to 35lbs.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend all work manuals, logs, and print outs.
  • Warehouse and safety knowledge experience preferred

Hours:                  Various Shifts

Pay Rate:             $14.15 / hourly (Mandatory OT as needed)
