We are currently looking for an innovative individual who can encourage and inspire others to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. The Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, hiring and managing our caregiving work force. This person needs to be sincerely interested in the development and success of others in a fast-paced and growing organization. This individual must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to make sound decisions in a timely and confident manner. This role also requires the ability to deliver results with a huge focus on customer service, teamwork and collaboration.  

 Requirements
  • Associates Degree or higher in a Human Service or related field
  • Minimum one year of related office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must possess an upbeat, friendly and positive personality
