In-Home Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Seagoville - Part-time

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CNAs to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. 
Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical, one-on-one care services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Assistance with transfers and ambulation
• Alzheimer's Care
• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Incidental transportation

Position Requirements:

• Current CNA Certificate
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Care Facility or Home Care Agency
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Successfully complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
• Experience with Mechanical Lift, Bed Bound Care, Feeding Tube and/or Colostomy Care a plus

Compensation:

• Starting wages range between $9.00 per hour and $9.50 per hour, based on experience.
• Hourly Wages may be higher based on level of care needed, duration of shift or couples care if applicable.
• Ongoing Performance Based Evaluations.
