About this job

The Payroll Administrator will provide support to the management teams and employees in approximately 150+ club and corporate locations. The Payroll Administrator enters and audits time and attendance, labor allocation and personnel data, and will assist in the timely and accurate processing of the bi-weekly, multi-state payroll in the ADP PayForce. The Payroll Administrator will also provide extensive support to management in the routine execution of miscellaneous projects, audits and payroll tax review as required.

* Accurate data entry and audit into time and attendance, HRMS and payroll systems in strict compliance with all Federal and State payroll legislation and audit requirements
* Serve as a resource for field management to train in company policy and assist in execution of payroll tasks
* Expertly research and manage a high volume of requests, submissions and provide thorough follow-up
* Quality control of data accuracy in high volume, deadline driven environment
* Operate in strict accordance with established departmental documentation procedures for audit preparedness
* Generate and/or compile routine, systemic and ad-hoc reports as needed
* State and local taxation review to evaluate multi-jurisdictional accuracy and correction
* Take a proactive approach to addressing issues quickly, seeing through to resolution and confirmation
* Partner with internal colleagues, HR, Compensation, Member/Club Services in escalation and resolution of issues
* Execute cyclic routine quarterly and year-end activities, distribute duplicate W-2s and research W-2c
* Propose suggestions and solutions to management to increase efficiency and improve productivity.

6 Month Contract To Hire

$45,000 when permanent.
