Local family owned. We are looking for Technicians who are energetic and have a positive attitude. The Technicians we are looking for have to enjoy seeking out tough problems and challenges. Technicians must have a strong passion for their work. Technicians must focus on doing what's right for our customers and providing them with fair and accurate diagnoses for their vehicles. Technician responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing domestic and foreign vehicles and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Automotive Technician – Entry Level
- 6 months of automotive mechanical experience with brakes, suspension, minor engine work, and problem-solving.
- A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills required.
- Ability to install parts.
- Any ASE certifications and/or a tech school degree is preferred.
Senior Automotive Technician
- At least 1-3 years of strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience.
- 3 ASE certifications for this position preferred.
Qualifications and Skills
Job Requirements
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have own set of tools
- Maintain a neat, organized, and safe bay area.
- Applicants must be team oriented, energetic and have an upbeat attitude
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicles
- Flexible and Focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Excel at diagnostics, drive-ability and solving electrical problems
- Strong aptitude and demostrate personal responsibility
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at least 10 times a day.
- Have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and go up and down stairs.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time with hands above the head.
