All Positions-Shift Leaders - In Store & Delivery Drivers - Full-time / Part-time

Shift Managers needed for Papa John's Pizza located in Arab, AL.

Seeking a highly motivated, attention to detail, customer service based individual for full time Shift Leader position. High school diploma, or equivalent, required. 

Shift Leader duties include:

Supporting the General Manager
Taking ownership of the store
Meet or exceed Papa John's product quality standards 
Superior Customer Service skills
Meet, or exceed required number goals per period 
Meet, or exceed Papa John's MCE requirements
Must be able to lead the Team by example and provide the Team with a POSITIVE work environment
Hold Team Members accountable to Papa John's and Ironman Pizza, Inc. standards
Present a clean cut, professional appearance 
Perform other job duties as required

Shift Leader Position is a hourly rate position and must be at least 18 years old

 Prior Papa John's experience or Pizza experience preferred for Shift Leader positions

Management positions will require a background check.             

  In StoreTeam Member Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Ensure that quality products and services are delivered to customers meeting Papa John’s standards
• Ability to work various shifts per week
• Must have an outgoing personality, be energetic, efficient and willing to work in a fun fast-paced environment.
• Skills for pizza making, order taking and cashier responsibilities
• Reliable transportation and be punctual
• Must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and possess great customer service skills

Delivery Drivers duties:

*Pizza/Food Delivery in the Arab, AL area
*Cleaning
*Present a clean cut, professional appearance
*CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE
*Drivers must provide their own vehicle and carry their own car insurance
*Must have a clear MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)

MVR can be pulled via Papa John's when a driver application is turned in.

Pizza Delivery Drivers wages are $4.25 per hour plus tips. A Delivery Driver can also make $7.25 per hour when not driving and working as an inside Team Member.

Drivers are ineligible if he or she has had more than two moving violations and one at-fault accident in 3 years.

Drivers are ineligible if he or she has had a major traffic citation or incidents in the past 5 years

Major Citations are as follows:.

Driving under the influence

Driving while impaired

Driving in Possession of Alcohol or Drugs

Refusal to submit a Blood, Urine, or Breath Test

Driving with a Suspended or Revoked License

A felony in which is vehicle is uses (Vehicular Manslaughter, Vehicular Homicide,

Vehicular Assault, Hit and Run, Eluding a Police Officer, etc.)

Reckless Driving

Driving 25 MPH or more ABOVE the posted Speed Limit, Speed Contest, Racing
