Our Regional Health Care Coordinator - Regional Nurse/RN serves our communities by providing clinical services to residents by monitoring medication management, performing resident assessments, providing onsite medical care and communicating changing medical needs to the team and family members.

 

The Regional Health Care Coordinator - Regional Nurse/RN will also supervise and oversee and coordinate with all Health Care Coordinators and medical staff by providing training and ensuring effective delivery of services to residents.

For the Regional Health Care Coordinator position:

We are looking for a Regional Health Care Coordinator - Regional Nurse/RN who has a current nursing license in the state and has previous supervisor experience, preferably in a nursing setting, which includes management, coaching and health care services.

Other requirements for the Regional Health Care Coordinator - Regional Nurse/RN include:

  • Prefer prior experience in nursing facility with experience supervising direct care staff.
  • Experience with quality management improvement, familiar with state regulatory requirements, problem solving, staff development skills, coaching and health care services.
  • Require prior experience as a Regional Nurse Consultant for at least 1 year.
  • Require ability to read, speak, and write English clearly.
  • Require attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
