STORE ANALYST POSITION

GENERAL
□ 1 Analyst per 2 Districts (Approx. 20-25 Stores)
□ A Store Analyst is a “go to” person for the division manager
□ Audit 20% of stores weekly, along with other duties

SPECIFIC DUTIES
• Reconcile & Audit Daily Reports (Credit Cards, Cash, Coupons, Etc.)
• Ensure supporting documentation in place on audited stores
• Review mark ups and mark downs
• Verify stick readings – gasoline gallons and dollars
• Store Deposit Verification
• Exception Reporting – Run Sheets / Work with Field Supervision
• Invoice Verification / AP Issues
• Keeping Stores “on the program” – Checklists, Management, etc.
• Expedite Information issues and take ownership along with Store Manager & Supervision.
• Verifying daily inventory adjustments – Check for reasonability
• Expediting timely transmission of daily business
• Run late list – contact all stores not transmitted
• If not received by 1:00 p.m., contact division manager
• Running (email) - flash- reports for Supervision
• Handling of ALL store paperwork and information for assigned locations
• Money Order Reconciliation
• Bank reconciliations
• Mail and UPS duties
• Filing
• Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Must have a high school diploma or GED. One or two year’s related experience preferred

REQUIREMENTS

 Be able to read, understand, and write the English language at the high school graduate level
 Be able to perform arithmetical calculations at the high school graduate level in order to be able to complete assigned reports
 Must be able to work in a team environment
 Must be very detail oriented
 Specific Visual Requirements – sufficient visual acuity to check invoices, reports, view computer screens and complete paperwork
