About this job

Experienced caregiver wanted  to provide personal care and transportation for a client in southern Monmouth County. Weekdays - 15-35  hours / week. Pay for qualified candidate $13-15 / hour.

Qualified candidates must have a HHA certification that is in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing and a clean driving record.

Requirements to be a Certified Home Health Aide:
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
  • Must have a current physical (within the past calendar year)
  • PPD within 1 year. 
  • MMR Vaccination OR Rubella and Rubeola titers.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Transportation to medical appointments and to conduct personal business
