Our independently-owned Home Instead Senior Care franchise in Dresher, PA is recruiting for a Home Care Consultant/Marketer to participate in marketing initiatives. This position will require a team player, self-starter, with some marketing experience, exceptional customer service, communication and technology skills. The primary goal is to bring in new business to increase overall market share. Target accounts include hospitals, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, physicians and hospice agencies. In conjunction with leadership this role is to develop sales and marketing plans. Working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical, your ability to handle inquiries with a sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities is essential. Some weekends, evenings or off-times may be required along with local travel.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Social Ability: Ability to interact with health care professionals at various levels demonstrating tact, respect, courtesy with primary focus on quick delivery of a high standard of care. Good organizational, analytical and planning skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks on a routine basis. Must demonstrate sound judgment and good decision-making skills. Must demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software. Must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word). Training will be provided on internal systems.

Education: College degree or equivalent work experience required.

Experience: one (1) year marketing or senior care industry related experience preferred. Minimum of one (1) year office experience with computer related experience
