Job Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective CAREGivers.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct character reference checks, background and drug screening.
- Conduct CAREGiver Orientation and additional training programs.
- Answer phones after hours and weekends on a rotating basis.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve independently.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and common sense resolution to daily challenges and opportunities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Minimum one (1) year of related office experience in a fast-paced environment.
