Contact One Call Center is a small, award winning, locally owned and operated Call Center/Answering service located in Colorado. Our mission is to provide value to our wide range of clients by delivering the highest quality, professional and courteous customer service 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Contact One Call Center has been locally owned and operated for 60 years and serves industry leading clientele. Contact One Call Center is a 24/7/365 CALL CENTER and answering service who is expanding.

We are currently interviewing for part time and some full time customer service representative positions for our location in Inverness business park very close to Park Meadows mall. 

Looking to fill positions covering 24/7, Including morning/ day shift, evening shift and graveyard shift. Weekends are required.

Position involves being available at a desk to answer inbound customer calls while recording accurate information and product orders; applying a consistent and positive customer service attitude; ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing people who can type a minimum of 25-30 accurate WPM while talking.
Candidates that can work weekends and holidays when applicable and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

If you are outgoing, project a strong customer service image, can talk and type simultaneously and like working in a close knit team environment then CONTACT ONE CALL CENTER wants you.

All candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to read, write, spell and understand basic literature and verbal communication in the English language and must be able to pass criminal background check. 

Since we work off of computers candidates must also have the ability to see (close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to change focus) and hear callers clearly and enter data on a PC while talking on the phone.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but we can train the right candidate
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
