Job Title: Sales Associate

Plant Location: Rialto Ca.

Job Description:

• Provide customers full support (via emails, phone calls) for all inquiries and able to follow up promptly


• Able to review new purchase orders thoroughly and ensuring it completely aligns to what is on the quotation


• Input new orders into the ERP system and working with various departments to ensure all orders are compliant


• Will be working closely with various departments including: procurement, production, engineering, quality, finance


• Work with customer and internal finance to ensure payments are getting issued on time. Follow up with customer and report out results.


• Able to present information to management when required.


• Be willing to support all departments to ensure customer product is getting shipped on time


• Be attentive to detail and willing to juggle various functions at one time


• Able to effectively work with others

Requirements

• BS or BA required, either in engineering or business


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Experience in an ERP system; Oracle experience preferred


• Problem solver with ability to articulate issues and drive to resolution


• 2+ years of experience at a manufacturing plant; preferably in aerospace
