Staffmark is currently looking for a Job Retention Coach to work at one of our top customers in Harford County. This position is a Sunday -- Thursday night shift position 6:30pm-3:00am.
The primary responsibility of a Job Retention Coach is to assist with the weekly new hires, coaching them on the warehouse floor, answering questions, and promoting a positive work environment and experience. The Retention Coach would work closely with new starts from the 1st night through 1st week and the next 30 days to increase retention. This person would be responsible for creating a positive energy among the new hires to promote enthusiasm for the job. This person would provide continuous feedback to each employee along with the necessary coaching and counseling needed to help with employee retention. A Job Retention Coach will help facilitate reward & recognition programs, be a liaison between trainers, managers, and the associates to encourage attendance, performance and identify obstacles.
