The Restaurant Heart of House Manager (HOH) provides the leadership for the kitchen functions for the Quaker Steak Restaurant. Primary focus is on the kitchen with duties including inventory control, purchasing, personnel supervision and direction and food production. The HOH Manager is charged with being accountable for restaurant business ethics, sales and profit performance, facility security, control of company assets, compliance with image sanitation standards, employee development and compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations. It is expected that the HOH Manager will work to the build and maintain a strong, dynamic team by communicating a clear vision and give direction on production of a wide range of Quaker Steak menu items and department appearance issues. Assures the kitchen meets or exceeds its budget and is maintained to company standards.
