Product Innovation Executive Advisor
Preferred candidate will have a degree in Pharmacy and experience in managing related projects.

The Product Innovation Executive Advisor is responsible for the broader oversight, management and innovation of existing and emerging products within the Product Innovation and Management team, with a focus on Formulary Strategy and Management.

The Executive Advisor will lead key initiatives and guide other Product Managers and Product Analysts within the group to help shape the strategy for all Formulary products in the portfolio while working closely with the Director in the development and execution of strategic and tactical product plans, product enhancements, complex market and segment analyses, identification of new product opportunities and coordination of market and product research.

Responsibilities include:
-Ensures alignment of overall business strategy across products within the group
-Lead the determination and delivery of product improvements
-Provides product management leadership and direction to other Product Managers
-Ensures effective product promotion through collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
-Ensures product performance achieves defined outcomes and is effectively supported by enterprise analytics and reporting
-Supports other Product Managers when issues arise within their product portfolio
-Continually develop and evaluate product growth/evolution strategies by engaging business partners across the PBM Product Innovation and Marketing team, and across the enterprise as necessary.
-Manage communications across the enterprise to ensure appropriate internal positioning and placement of
product(s) within the overall corporate product portfolio.
-Work with internal partners including Medical Affairs, Trade, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Analytics & Outcomes, etc. to ensure product adoption and success. Support Director and other team members to ensure overall department objectives are met.
