Aerotek's client is looking to hire several Customer Service Representatives for the location in Herndon, VA.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to medicare patients to schedule in home health assessments as per Carrier mandates.
SCHEDULE: Training for the first month is 8:30am-5:30pm with a one hour lunch.
The Health Care Scheduling Specialists will be working from either 9:00am - 6:00pm or 9:30am-6:30pm after the first month of training.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
