Industrial Assembly and Production - Direct Hire Opportunity

A leading manufacturer in Gilbert is looking to immediately hire on 20 Mechanical Assemblers. Assemblers will be assisting with the production of modular data units and HVAC units.

Direct Placement Opportunity - Will be a permanent employee with the company from day one!

$15-16hr (Overtime is available and you may work 50 to 60 hours each week)

Will be working indoors in an air conditioned environment

Very clean manufacturing environment

Specific Responsibilities:

• Will be transferring/moving parts throughout the facility
• Will be operating a variety of hand and power tools
• Will assemble products using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, fasteners, etc.
• Will measure parts using a tape measure and other tools
• May be required to clean the work area from time to time
• May be required to complete other general production related tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• MUST BE ABLE TO READ A TAPE MEASURE in increments of 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16
• Must have some mechanical background - construction, handyman, assembly, carpentry, home building experience preferred
• Must be able to identify various hand tools, power tools, drills, saws, etc.
• Must be able to read blueprints or schematics
