Seeking multiple assembler's for a manufacturing company in Deland, FL
Pay: $12-15
Job Description:
Build, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electromechanical assemblies per applicable documentation and quality workmanship standards.
Essential Functions:
*Solder various components to PCB Assemblies
*Perform test assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed and adapt standard procedures and/or equipment.
*Contact vendors or manufacturers for technical specifications for their products.
*Assist in training other technicians and provide guidance in following procedures, using equipment and troubleshooting difficult problems.
*Diagnose problems in assembly and schematic drawings and recommend changes.
*Provide technical support to customers, including identifying and correcting specific customer problems.
*Document testing and record test results.
*Perform tests in accordance with test procedures.
*Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions at the component and subassembly level.
*Wire and solder prototypes and other complex assemblies of unique or unusual design per applicable specifications.
*Assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware.
*Assemble electromechanical devices using a variety of hardware.
Qualifications:
-Small part soldering experience required
-IPC 610 preferred or able to acquire after employment
-Basic computer skills
