The District Sales Manager is entry-level revenue generating sales position responsible for a district of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Dealerships. The District Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing district retail sales, vehicle production, performance, revenue and the development of strategies and tactics supporting established targets in his/her district, including 15-20 dealerships. The duties of the position will be conducted at the Business Center and will report to both the Senior Manager - Sales Operations and Assistant Sales Operations Manager. She/he will forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line ensuring dealer orders meet market demand, as well as manage monthly vehicle allocation versus scheduling to ensure maximum production capability within the district. Identify dealers with minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities. Review and analyze dealer financial statements including working capital, net worth, total cash and expenses. Provide consultation to dealers on their ability to operate successfully and promote retail sales.

The District Sales Manager will assist dealers to improve retail and customer handling processes to obtain and/or maintain all dealer standards requirements. Ensure dealers' advertising is consistent with regional and national corporate messages. Serve as a liaison between the dealers' and FCA to assist in areas of retail, customer satisfaction, and conflict resolution within corporate guidelines (i.e. incentives, logistics, restrictions, etc.). Ensure proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships while identifying areas for improvement. Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch training.
