Job Skills / Requirements

• Required qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, reach high and low, a professional demeanor at all times, no visible tattoos, excellent attendance, and the ability to work at a fast/urgent pace. Ability to empty trash/recycling and take it to the dumpsters, clean restrooms, clean lobbies, clean offices, dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, clean bathrooms, and other general cleaning duties as needed/assigned.
