Aerotek is seeking Call Center Specialists

Start date: June 25th, 2018

Join our team to work in the fast-paced world of the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking associates to assist customers with booking reservations at hotels across the United States. Customer service experience is preferred, but an outstanding work ethic and strong drive to succeed is a must!

General Responsibilities

  • Keeping a positive and enthusiastic attitude while answering incoming calls and assisting customers with booking hotel rooms
  • Receiving high-volume inbound calls
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Bonus potential

Qualifications

  • Shift flexible
  • Call Center or previous customer service experience
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Must be able to navigate multiple computer applications
