Customer service -Work from Home
Job Duties:
- Working from home, completing 20-30 in bound calls per day in regards to Blink security cameras.
- Troubleshooting any technical issues with the security system.
- Walk customer through adding their mobile device(phone/tablet) to the Blink network and back to their home network.
- Help customer install Blink Security system.
- Must have the ability to document escalations.
Preferred skills
- Strong customer service experience.
- Tech Support Experience is a plus
- Prior use of CRM Ticket/Case Management Zendesk would be ideal
- Prior use of VOIP /software phone system.
- Strong internet/wifi connection at home.
- HS Diploma required
- Entry Level Tech Support position
