Position Definition

The Delivery I position is responsible for providing customer service to mill population by delivering parts and supplies to authorized delivery stations in a safe and timely manner. Delivery I is also responsible for picking up returns while on delivery routes and preparing documentation for restocking. In addition, copy paper stations are to be inventoried and stocked weekly to support the administrative staff. Listed are tasks that must be performed while filling this position. This role will also back up the Window I position as needed or assigned.

Essential Functions

ü Inform Stores Leader of any delivery stations that have not been properly maintained and have no room to safely deliver parts. Utilize SharePoint to report issues. Take pictures of delivery stations monthly and provide to the PL.

ü Deliver parts to appropriate Delivery Stations in a safe timely and orderly manner 1 time in the morning (10:00am) 1 time in the afternoon (2:00pm) and then a cleanup run at the end of the day. No parts are to be left in Stores overnight unless approved by the PL.

ü Pickup any parts to be returned to Stores. (Yellow return tags or Blue Repair tags) Dock 2 should be notified of all items requiring a forklift.

ü Inspect “Returns” label for completeness. Utilize “Refusal to Pick-Up Notice” for incomplete labels.

ü Once parts are returned in SAP, put away return parts that are stored outside the storeroom in correct locations utilizing carts on an as needed basis. (ex. Eagle basement)

ü Maintain daily SSC monthly calendar and analysis in correct locations.

ü Verify and manage interim bins (LB10, LX03) on a daily basis; resolve any outstanding issues.

ü Assist Window 1position with retrieving parts from Eagle basement for Breakdown orders as needed or when notified by Window personnel via radio.

ü When not delivering, assist Window 1 with pulling orders and customer service. Backup Window 1 for breaks and meals.

ü Maintain housekeeping in immediate work area, H-warehouse areas, all SSC areas and Eagle Basement including keeping the cart(s) clean.

ü Perform daily cart inspections.

ü Check battery containment at drum slab area & place in Hazardous waste building Daily or as needed.

ü Assist Dock 2 in issuing cylinder orders and escort customers to cylinder station to exchange cylinders.

ü Deliver carts to Vehicle Shop or Cleaning Station for servicing as scheduled.

ü Be able to read and understand a Pick-List.

ü Participate in physically counting inventories.

ü Must follow assigned break schedule.

ü Participate in safety activities, meeting, audits, reviews and Planned Inspection; enter work orders and SharePoint issues to ensure a safe workplace and environment. Provide communications to improve customer service.

ü Perform other tasks as assigned by the Stores Process or Team Leader(s).

Daily Checks:

ü All delivery stations should be checked daily

ü Perform daily cart inspections.

ü Deliver and yellow trailers to PC Stores each morning after the morning meeting. And pick the yellow trailer up by 2:30 pm each day and return to stores.

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

ü Assist in housekeeping of Hazardous Waste building (take out the trash and keep pallets staged correctly)

ü Maintain housekeeping in immediate work area, H-warehouse areas, all SSC areas and Eagle Basement including keeping the cart(s) clean.

Minimum Qualifications

ü Must be able to meet pre-employment testing requirements

ü Must take and satisfactorily pass all safety training and testing for this position

ü High School Diploma or GED.

ü Must have a valid driver’s license

ü Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone) and transportation (public or private).

ü Must have a reliable means of transportation (private or public).

ü Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

ü Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

ü Knowledge of or ability to learn stores operations and processes.

ü Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.

ü Must have good organizational skills.

ü Must possess good communication and customer service skills.

ü Must be safety oriented.
