Shipping Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Long-term opening for a Shipping Clerk at one of our Breiningsville, PA locations! Temp-to-hire.

HOURS: 7:00am to 5:30pm (M-F) has been the normal shift for the past several months. Some Saturdays will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create bills of lading
• Verify accuracy of loaded trailers
• Notify Carriers of load/empty trailer status
• Work with other departments to resolve paperwork issues
• Produce BOL's and POD's upon request for accounting & customer service
• Schedule pickup appointments
• Pull paperwork and tag pallets on the dock for loading
• Resolve order tracking issues
• Notify yard jockey & yard service to move trailers.

EXPERIENCE A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Oracle
• UPS shipping software
• Manhattan
• Excel
