We are seeking an organized, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our organization as a Business/Field Consultant for the Harrisburg area.  Business/Field Consultants complete monthly evaluations of restaurants to assure adherence to company policies and procedures.  They increase operational standards through guidance and training, improve management skills, and provide sound advice to franchisees to increase profitability.  They also consult franchisees on how to achieve higher sales, larger profits, development of staff and advertising, and assist with new store openings.  Prior SUBWAY experience is not necessary, but would be an asset.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECK!

Responsibilities:

• Improve franchisee and office sales & profitability
• Maintain and oversee standards improvement
• Monitor assigned restaurants to assure adherence to SUBWAY's policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Develop franchisee and employee skills
• Assist with new sites selection decisions
• Assist franchisees with new store openings and ownership change
