Superintendent

Aerotek is currently assisting multiple General Contractors across the Greater Baltimore in hiring experienced Superintendents to add to their team. There are a variety of open positions ranging in salary and primary scope of projects, but all are long term placements and either contract-to-hire or direct placement positions.

These roles all consist of site supervision of multiple subcontractors in the new construction or renovation of commercial projects across the Maryland area.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Superintendent role for commercial construction projects
• Experience working on projects in excess of $1 million contract value
• Experience working for a general contractor
• Experience overseeing multiple subcontractors on site and overall knowledge of each phase of construction along with various trades
• Experience managing a construction schedule
