Dirt Cheap Sales Associates are responsible for providing customers with an exceptional buying experience. Sales associates are also expected to operate each shift efficiently, within company policies. The term Sales Associate applies to positions of first, second, third shift employees, full or part time and this position reports to the store manager.
Education: Preferred: Equivalent to high school diploma
Experience: Preferred 6+ months retail experience, customer service experience
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

*Hepatitis A vaccination where required
*Other equipment necessary for convenience store operations
Wallis employees are required to adhere to company dress code and personal appearance policies without exception. New hires must pass a pre-employment drug screening within 48 hours of hiring decision.
$0.50 per hour overnight shift differential
Employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for benefits after 60 days
*Five Performance Evaluations throughout employee's first two years of employment, each providing an opportunity for additional earnings: 60 DAYS, 6 MONTHS, 1 YEAR, 1.5 YEARS, 2 YEARS (then annually thereafter)
