PART-TIME POSITION - Hourly PLUS Bonus! 

OLATHE FORD is adding to our team of BDC Representatives for our Business Development Center (BDC, BDC Call Center). This is a part-time job/career opportunity! We offer competitive hourly pay PLUS bonus! 

Work Hours:

4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday; Saturdays 10:00-3:00.
Fridays off.

The Business Development Agent will focus on increasing the Sales and Service traffic of the dealership by making outbound service calls and emails related, but not limited to Email campaigns and other marketing and advertising strategies, recalls, internet inquiries, and Service Department follow up. The BDC Agent must be a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player. The BDC Specialist must also have outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic.

BDC - Job Responsibilities:

• Making phone calls to new and existing customers
• Monitoring and contacting internet leads
• Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening
• Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
• Setting and confirming appointments
• Other duties as required
  
  

BDC - Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and/or sales; BDC/internet automotive experience is preferred but not required
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
• Computer proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
