Housekeeper

Our Housekeeper/Laundry Attendants clean hotel guest rooms with a high level of quality as set by hotel standards. The Hotel Room Attendant must offer superb service to hotel guests by anticipating guests needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness while ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

• Cleaning hotel rooms
• Making beds
• Vacuuming floors
• Dusting furniture
• Cleaning glasses and bathrooms
• Ensuring cleanliness of guess rooms to standards and guest satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience of Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant

• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift above head repetitively for 6 to 8 hours
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to push or lift up to 35 pounds
• Excellent attendance record required
• Able to work flexible shifts including week days, weekends and and holidays
• Ability to communicate with guests
