About this job
Responsibility is to operate a hydraulic press to meet established production volumes of metal stampings.
Description:
- Produce Stampings by processing metal thru hydraulic press, within specified tolerances
- Inspect completed parts for conformance to standards and tolerances
- Report non-conforming parts to QC staff
- Maintain focus and attention on press at all times while in operation
- Communicate needs with material handlers
- Remove scrap and maintain organized area
MUST HAVES:
- Prefer previous experience operating a punch press
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner
- Capable of communicating effectively with production team and department supervisors
- HS Diploma or GED
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Safety conscious at all times
