About this job
Maintenance supervisor position has the responsibility to direct, train and follow up on company maintenance crew for various locations in Jacksonville FL. Requires to have good communication skills and to be able to multitask and to communicate both with multiple employees, like our Area supervisors, General managers, shift managers, in store maintenance and to report directly to our Director of Operations but also to the owners of the company as need it. Most communications are done through the Director of operations who will follow up on all maintenance tasks and projects. You will drive a company car where you will be in charge of taking tools from one location to another and to keep materials and tools need it for daily, weekly and monthly tasks in all our locations.

You required to have a clean background record, since we will perform a full background check, nationwide background check to grant you access to Office and other company property including a military base where we have a restaurant.
You are also required to have an unexpired valid FL license, or if you have one that is not from FL you will be asked to go to the DMV and get your FL license with is the first 60 days of employment with our company to be able to drive company car.
