About this job

Responsibilities:
*Conduct outbound telephone interviews for multiple research studies following a scripted questionnaire verbatim while using computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) applications to gather and record responses
*Collect accurate, consistent and reliable data
*Record and code data collected
*Assist with locating and refusal conversion
*Assist with other duties as assigned, such as mail preparation, faxing, filing, etc.


Candidates must be able to work 20-25 hours per week


* Hours/Openings:
o M-F 8am-12pm (20 hours/week)
o M-F 12pm-5pm (25 hours/week)
o M-F 5pm-9pm (20 hours/week)
o M-F 9pm-2am (25 hours/week)
* Must not need any time off during the duration of the assignment; any time off must be pre-approved


o Certifications:
 Daytime Trainees: Can certify anytime Wednesday between 9am-9pm or Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm, 2 Interviewees per hour.
 Evening Trainees: Can certify Thursday and Friday anytime between 9am-9pm, 2 Interviewees per hour.
 Thursday and Friday evening certifications (5pm-9pm) will be reserved for individuals with fulltime day jobs.

Project Scope:
* CCE (Call Center Evaluation) is conducted on behalf of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
* The purpose of the study is to evaluate Medicare Part C and part D plan sponsors' call center's ability to provide timely and accurate information to current and prospective enrollees
* Interviewers navigate through a health plan's call system to attempt to reach a live Customer Service Representative
* Interviewers act as "Secret Shoppers" and enquire on prospective health plans with 1-3 quick questions regarding Medicare or Medicaid.
