Administrative Assistant

Our client in the Chester County area is seeking qualified an administrative assistant to join their US Headquarters! This person will support functions in an administrative capacity and support the needs of the US operations.

General Functions:

Office Duties
* Key fobs
* Issuing for new hires/contractors
* Preparing desks/offices for new hires
* Supplies
* Making sure IT has equipment set up for first day
* Department lunches
* Scheduling interviews/coordinating with recruiters
* Interview candidate travel
* New hire travel
* Printing new hire packets
* Filing employee paperwork
* Expenses
* Concur profiles
* FedEx shipments/account admin
* Booking conference rooms
