Part-Time Billing / Payroll Coordinator Omaha Franchise

Are you looking for part-time position to use your accounting or bookkeeping skills? Home Instead Senior Care Omaha Franchise needs an experienced individual to process client invoices, accounts receivables, assist clients and employees and prepare payroll to submit to Payroll Company.

Flexible part-time schedule -20 hours per week.  Starting pay $15.00/hr.   

Qualifications:

  • Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience in a business environment
  • Demonstrates a professional, positive, helpful, team attitude
  • Excellent organization, detail and follow through skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with detailed explanations
  • Experience with computer technology systems
  • Ability to complete daily responsibilities successfully

 

Responsibilities:

  • Semi-monthly process client invoices through software system
  • Semi-monthly prepare payroll to submit to payroll company
  • Enter accounts payables and deposit to bank account through check scanner
  • Set up new client accounts and new employees into system
  • Invoicing process for long-term care insurance
  • VA benefit authorizations entered into system
  • Collection process of past due invoices and VA payments
  • Assist clients and employees with questions
  • Update changes in a timely manner
  • Create various reports for company
