About this job

We are a growing home care franchise serving the South Hills of Allegheny County and the entire Washington County in need of a talented and passionate Manager to provide leadership to our Care Coordination team.  The client care team is responsible for developing positive and trusting relationships with prospective clients, current clients, families, and our partners in the community by being visible and conducting quality assurance visits.  Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to team as a "working" manager - in addition to managing the performance of your team, you will have your own group of clients, as well as providing internal support while the Care Coordinators are in the field.
  • Conduct Service Inquiries, Care Consultations and On Call Activities for the Client Services Team.
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management Program, which includes reporting and measuring comprehensive Quality Assurance and Complaint Resolution activities and outcomes on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Ensure after hours care coordination by overseeing the On Call Schedule/Rotation for Client Services team.
  • Facilitate weekly Client Services Team Meeting
Qualifications
  • BSN/RN preferred, Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years experience in a home based community service organization or healthcare desired.
  • Experience with business operations in 24/7 environment with multiple locations preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to organize, prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work.
  • Must have positive, professional and personable demeanor to establish good working relationships with office colleagues, clients and the community.
  • Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and critical thinking.
  • Must be proficient in office and communication technology.
  • Must have a valid PA drivers license and be willing and able to drive throughout the South Hills of Allegheny County as well as the entire Washington County.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
