The Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Mail Room Clerk is responsible for receiving all shipments delivered to the Company, in addition to ensuring the security of all shipments entering and exiting the loading dock and storeroom. This Clerk oversees the processing and distribution of all inter-department and U.S. Mail. This individual is expected to document and record all receipts, while subsequently preparing receiving reports and forwarding to Corporate Procurement. This is a seasonal position.
Our season runs from Mid-May through Mid-October.
The “must haves” for this position include:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A strong work ethic
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft systems
- Previous warehouse or mail room experience
- Valid US Driver's License and the ability to drive a supply truck
