Jack’s Maintenance Service is seeking a flexible, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Field Trainer to help us shine!

As a Field Trainer, we will depend on you for a variety of job duties. You will be responsible for consistently providing ELITE level training to all employees throughout the company to include, but not limited to chemical and safety knowledge, cleaning process and procedure, ongoing and consistent follow up with employees and leadership team, professionalism, communication, etc (core job responsibilities including but not limited to):

• Consistently provide elite level training to all employees throughout the company
• Check and respond on a timely basis to concerns at any assigned building(s)
• Clean account(s) as needed to ensure customer satisfaction, to set leadership example, to train others and/or to fill roles as needed for absent personnel
• Perform quality inspections of entire building(s) to ensure ELITE standards are met
• Ensures all policies and procedures of the company are followed
• Monitor productivity and efficiencies of all employees
• Maintain cooperative working relationships and excellent communication with all personnel and management
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

Job Requirements
Qualified Field Trainer candidates should have prior custodial and/or leadership experience. Candidates must be able to:

* Effectively communicate with people, including account personnel, supervisors and other Jack's Maintenance employees
* Provide ongoing coaching and training to their team member(s)
* Take ownership of their assigned building(s) and employees to provide the highest quality service
* Produce valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is required
* Have flexibility with scheduling to include weekends
* Position contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screening
