Machine Operator – Dresser, WI

PeopleReady is hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift entry level production line Machine Operators for a metal manufacturer in Dresser, WI. Willing to train, previous experience not required! Responsibilities:

• Start machines / monitor their operations
• Load / unload equipment and materials
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Meet quality assurance standards through use of measuring tools such as a caliper
• Adhere to all safety standards  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or other related fields preferred, but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

Starting Wage:  $12 - $14 p/h*

 *after shift differential and attendance bonus available after 2 weeks employment

Shifts:

1st Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM Monday - Friday 

2nd Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM Monday - Friday 

3rd Shift: 11 PM to 7 AM Sunday - Thursday
