Sales Support & Purchasing Administrator

A company located in Decatur, GA that is looking for a an individual who can handle a variety of responsibility as a purchaser, administrative support and serving as an Ebay specialist working in there parts department.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle non-quality customer complaints/issues and returns to the satisfactory
  • conclusion of the distributor base.
  • Process customer parts and service orders within 24 hours or same day of receipt.
  • Prepare and participate in team and customer meetings.
  • Monitor current on order and follow up with vendors to ensure that orders are being shipped and booked on time.
  • Produce Order Reports, Daily Back order Reports, Weekly Backlog Reports,
  • Shipping reports, and any other reports required for Customers
  • Answer all inquiries that come in through the internal messaging system or by phone.
  • Interface with vendors, customers and service providers to process orders.
  • Follow-up throughout order process to ensure vendor responsiveness and accuracy, client satisfactions.
  • Work with vendors to support current and future business needs.
  • Review and adjust lead-time order minimum, order quantity, and procure using
    multiple suppliers for best cost value.
  • Accountable for tracking and providing updated estimated lead-time of incoming
    parts and communicating with internal team.
  • Manage, Upload, Relist, and Oversee all eBay part listings and sales using Turbo Lister.
  • All parts must be searched for and found before listed to ensure that we have them in stock.
  • Leave customer feedback.
  • Orchestrate communication between members of Parts Department, the warehouse team and eBay buyers.
  • Locate parts before listing, keeping track of missing items and missing information.
  • Work with the Parts Team to update missing information.
  • Send daily emails with all eBay parts listed that day hyperlinked.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail, follow through, communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibility as skills are developed.
  • Team Player.
Hours:

8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary:

$15 – 18 hourly
